For those of you who have seen Polygamist, Johannes constantly says he loves his wife.

He says he cares.

He says she's important.

He says she's the one.

Then what does he do?

He cheats.

Again.

And again.

And again.

His actions don't match his words.

And if we're being honest...

You do exactly the same thing.

Not in relationships.

With yourself

"I love myself."

Do you?

Because if you loved yourself...

Why are you drinking liquid sugar every day?

Why does every meal need a cooldrink?

Why are you snacking every evening?

Why are there chips, biscuits, sweets, and chocolates in your house?

Why do you only drink water when someone reminds you?

But you say you love yourself wena Jonasi

"I care about my health."

Do you?

Because if you cared about your health...

Why haven't you had 2 litres of water today?

Why haven't you moved your body?

Why haven't you practiced one squat?

One push-up?

One walk?

You don't need a six-day training split.

You don't need supplements.

Just your body.

"I'm trying."

Are you?

Because trying means there should be evidence.

Trying means:

You have a water bottle.

Trying means:

Most of your food comes from your kitchen.

Trying means:

You don't keep snacks in your house.

Trying means:

You walk.

Trying means:

You practice movements.

Trying means:

You are getting slightly stronger.

Trying means:

There is proof.

Not promises.

Not intentions.

Proof.

So how do we stop being a Jonasi?

Simple.

1. Drink your water.

2 litres.

Every single day.

No exceptions.

No juice.

No cooldrink.

No "zero sugar."

No "but I had tea."

Water.

Get your palate used to water.

Get your brain used to water.

Get your body used to water.

2. Move your body.

Walk.

One song.

Then two.

Then three.

10k steps

Practice your squat.

Practice your push-up.

You don't need 10 reps.

You don't need 10 exercises.

You need to become good at moving.

3. Eat like someone you love.

Food from your kitchen.

Protein.

Vegetables.

Carbohydrates.

Water.

No snacks.

No cooldrinks.

No eating because you're bored.

No rewarding yourself with the very foods that are making your goals harder.

Final thought

Your body doesn't care what you say.

It only responds to what you repeatedly do.

So the question is:

Do you actually love yourself?

Or are you just telling yourself that while behaving like Jonasi?
